We work with our clients to arrive at mutually agreeable contracts concerning our representation and fees. Ms. Smith's current hourly rate is $350.00 per hour. The work of a law clerk is charged at $110.00 per hour.

In appropriate cases, alternative representation agreements may be made, depending on the circumstances and strength of each individual case.
